Begin Application - Begin by giving us some general information about your home financing needs.

Property Information - We ask for information about the property that will secure your loan.

To assist you with property tax information, below are the state of Hawaii county property tax assessment websites. Before you begin your application, please access the county website for your property location to determine your collateral value.

Borrower Information - You can securely provide information about yourself and others who will be applying for the loan. We require general information for each applicant, including Social Security numbers so we can gather credit information to process your loan request.

Employment/Income - We gather general information about your employment and any other income you receive.

Assets/Liabilities - We will ask you to provide information about assets such as checking, savings, and investment accounts . We might also ask about current debt such as credit cards, installment loans, and mortgages.

Submit - The final step of the application process!

Note: Applications that are not submitted within 6 months of application initiation will be purged.
